About Us
Zhejiang Jianxin Plastics Co., Ltd. originated as the Ruian Jianxin Plastic Film Factory, established in 1992. It is a privately owned joint-stock company specializing in the production of PVC calendered plastic films.
The company is located in Xiasanggen Village, Xin’gang Town, Rui’an City, Zhejiang Province, adjacent to National Highway 104 and just 4 km from the Rui’an exit of the expressway. With exceptionally convenient transportation access, the facility occupies a site of 18,500 square meters, with a total floor area of 10,000 square meters. The company’s total assets amount to RMB 200 million, including fixed assets of RMB 50 million. It boasts strong human resources, comprising 28 mid‑level and senior engineers and technical personnel, as well as 53 managerial staff holding bachelor’s degrees or higher, or equivalent vocational qualifications. Currently, the company operates seven PVC calendered film production lines imported from Taiwan, along with two additional calendered film lines supplied by Dalian Rubber Machinery Factory and other domestic manufacturers.
Our company specializes in the production of PVC calendered films, including: eco‑friendly films meeting European and American standards; transparent packaging films; cold‑proof, high‑temperature‑resistant, UV‑protective, antistatic, flame‑retardant, scratch‑resistant, weather‑resistant, iridescent, raincoat films; colored ribbon films; ID‑card films; toy films; polymer car wraps; and semi‑rigid decorative materials for cabinets. We also offer secondary processing services such as film lamination and slitting. Our products comply with the national standard GB/T 3830‑2008, and our annual production capacity reaches 35,000 tons. Our products are sold to more than 800 customers across 21 provinces and municipalities, including Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong, Shanghai, Beijing, and Anhui, with some items exported to Europe, the United States, and the Middle East. Our products have passed the EU’s EN‑71, RoHS, 6P, REACH, and other certifications, covering a total of 29 and 48 standards, respectively. The company has established, implemented, maintained, and continuously improved its quality management system in strict accordance with the requirements of GB/T 19001‑2000/ISO 9001:2008.
